Aquafit Drop In

An instructor led 45 minute class. A variety of exercises will increase cardiovascular strength, endurance, flexibility and muscle tone. Participants work at their own pace and intensity in either deep or shallow water. No swimming skills required. Suitable for young and mature people, females and males. Numerous classes offered per week.

 
Easy Does It

For people recovering from injuries or who have joint or muscle concerns. In instructor led 45 minute class focusses on light stretching, strengthening and increasing range of motion. Participants work at their own pace.
