General Swims

Public Swim ~ A swim for all ages, both deep and shallow sides of the pool available.

Family Swim ~ A time for families to have fun together. Children must be accompanied in the water by a parent/caregiver. Both sides of the pool available.

Adult & Senior Swim ~ A quiet time for adults and seniors for leisure swimming water walking/jogging and social time. Both sides of the pool are available.

Lane Swim ~ 3 lanes are set up in the deep end and open lanes on the leisure side.

Adult & Tot ~ A non-structured swim time for parents/caregivers to bring their young children to enjoy the leisure side of the pool.

Open Swim ~ A swim for the general public to do lane swimming, water walking or jogging on the leisure side of the pool only. Children 13 and under are welcome if supervised directly by a parent/guardian.

Saturday Morning Aquafit ~ A 45-minute instructor led class. A variety of exercises will increase cardiovascular strength, endurance, flexibility and muscle tone. Participants work at their own pace and intensity in either deep or shallow water. No swimming skills required. Suitable for young and mature people; males and females.

Family Toonie Swim: A quieter time for families to all have fun together! All children must be accompanied in the water by caregivers. Children 5 and under are free, ages 6-17 are $1, ages 18+ and older are $2.
