The best way to get started is by signing on with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. They will create an individualized program to meet YOUR fitness goals, within YOUR health limitations. Sessions may include form assessment and correction, body composition calculations.
Personal Training Packages - One on One Training
1 Session x 1 Hour - $35.75 +tax
5 Sessions x 1 hour - $168 +tax
10 Sessions x 1 hour - $300 +tax
Personal Training Packages - Group
Team up with freinds or family members with similar fitness goals. A program will be created for the entire group.
Small Group - $20+tax / Per Person / Per Session / Max. 5 Per Group

Boxing Training - With Branden Bridges - Learn to hit the heavy bag & speed bag like a pro with a certified apprentice coach from Boxing Canada. Branden's patient and simple approach will leave you feeling powerful.

Core Confience - With Melissa Scott - This training has been designed to allow all fitness levels beat back pain, stress urinary incontinence & 'mummy tummy' (diastasis recti) with simple, yet innovative, core restoration breathing & mind-body connection exercises.
