Public Works Department Administrative Assistant

- Administrative Assistant -

The Municipality requires a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Public Works Department.

 This position will administratively support the Director of Public Works. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining records, providing initial customer service, managing department complaints, maintaining monthly and annual reporting, water billing, acting in the capacity of recording secretary for Public Works committees and provides administrative support to Operations Manager and supervisory staff. 

Hours of work – 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
