International Paddling Film Festival Coming to Blyth

The 8th annual Reel Paddling Film Festival will be in Blyth on Saturday March 30th at Memorial Hall.  The Festival is an international film tour presenting the world’s best whitewater, sea kayaking, canoeing, SUP and kayak fishing action and paddling lifestyle films of the year.  The Festival is presented in over 100 cities across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe

Reel Paddling Film Festival will appeal to anyone who has ever loved to get outside and smell the fresh air, anyone who has gone walking, cycling, hiking or paddling to see what Mother Nature has to offer… 

The event is planned for Blyth on March 30, 2013 at 7pm. Doors open at 6pm for trade show where local canoe and kayak manufacturers will be showing their latest innovations and hand built watercraft. Tickets for the event are $10 and can be purchased at and Painted Black, Part 2 Bistro and the   Queens Bakery in Blyth or Timber’s Outfitter’s, Seaforth; Composite Creations, Vanastra; Outside Projects in Bayfield

 A 2 pm matinee for youth has been added, on March 30th, for youth groups. Group rates will apply to the matinee and will be coordinated through reservation. (Contact below)

This event is hosted by the following community partners; Composite Creation –Vanastra and, Painted Black Studio, Part 2 Bistro, the Queens Bakery of Blyth with The Blyth Festival, the Blyth BIA and the Township of North Huron.
