We have activities and programs for everyone! The Recreation and Community Services Department is pleased to be able to offer a variety of programs for participants of all ages. Programs are for mature adults and may include drop-in activities, swims, skates, special interest, and fitness classes.

This course will help participants with better circulation, balance, toning, and stamina while learning underwater kicks, stances, stretches, and blocking techniques. Join us for 8-weeks of kicking your way to better health. Location: North Huron Wescast Community Complex (NHWCC), 99 Kerr Drive, Wingham, ON N0G 2W0 - Aquatic Centre.
