The Recreation Department strives to provide accessible, affordable, and enjoyable recreational programs to North Huron residents and surrounding communities. We have move-your-body and skill-building programs to choose from and are conveniently located in our recreational facilities, local schools, and at our outdoor spaces.
Programs are divided into three categories: Registered, FREE Drop-In, and Paid Drop-In.
Registered programs require participants to register prior to the program start date and typically run for a defined number of weeks/classes.
FREE Drop-In programs are offered through a reciprocal use agreement with the local school board and do not require registration prior to arrival at the program.
Paid Drop-In programs are offered by the Township of North Huron and are listed in the Fees and Charges By-Law. A fee is required prior to being admitted into the program, but no registration is required.
