HPPH Vaccine Clinic Walk-ins

Huron Perth, ON – Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is offering limited walk-in opportunities at the following COVID-19 vaccination clinics. Individuals are welcome to receive their first or second dose (if they are in the timeframe for a second dose).
- Thursday, July 15 – Stratford (Stratford Rotary Complex) from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Moderna, ages 18+)
- Thursday, July 15 – Exeter (South Huron Recreation Centre) from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pfizer, ages 12+)
- Saturday, July 17 – Goderich (Memorial Arena) from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. (Moderna, ages 18+)
- Monday, July 19 – Stratford (Stratford Rotary Complex) from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Moderna, ages 18+)
- Tuesday, July 20 – Goderich (Memorial Arena) from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Moderna, ages 18+)
Details:
- Walk-ins will be only be accepted during the specific time given, or until vaccine supply for walk-ins has been used up.
- If this is your second dose, make sure it has been at least 28 days since your first mRNA dose or eight weeks from a first dose of AstraZeneca.
- Pfizer is the only vaccine currently approved for youth ages 12 to 17 and is the only vaccine that will be administered to youth, in keeping with age requirements.
- Remember that mRNA vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna) can be mixed safely and effectively. You can receive one product for your first dose, and the other for your second dose. If your first dose was AstraZeneca, you can receive either vaccine for your second dose.
- Bring your health card with you, if you have one, or another piece of identification.
- Please bring a mask and wear a short-sleeved shirt.
- Please dress for the weather and bring water with you to stay hydrated, as you may need to wait in line outside.
- If you have a booked appointment for this clinic, you will still receive your vaccine at the scheduled time.
- Clinic staff will direct both booked appointments and walk-ins upon arrival.
